BCCB Salad
Ingredients:
MMmmmm I am chomping away at this right now as I type. It's so yummy! Here's the ingredients:
2 small or medium beets
1 large carrot
little bit of cabbage
small head of broccoli
Slice the root veggies up really thin so that they're more edible. I used a spiralizer on the beets and a cheese grater on the carrots
Chop up the broccoli head into small easy to chew pieces. I threw the leftover broccoli parts into my juicer to make a juice with the meal
Grab a head of cabbage and a cheese slicer thing and just slice some thin slivers of cabbage into the bowl until it looks good to you.
Add your favorite dressing and enjoy!
